2. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

Recurring Subscriptions: By subscribing to the Think Like Christ Mental Health Mail Club, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee of $12.00. Your provided payment method will automatically be charged on the 11th of every month.

Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account portal or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel before your billing date on the 5th. Because of the nature of the physical products, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been billed and processed.

Third-Party E-Commerce Hosting: Our online checkout is hosted by Shopify Inc. Your use of the checkout process is subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any site downtime, payment processing errors, or data breaches occurring on Shopify’s servers.
3. Shipping & Liability Policy To keep subscription costs affordable, all Mail Club products are shipped via standard USPS First-Class letter mail without tracking numbers. Mailers are shipped on the 15th of each month and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days. By purchasing, you agree that we are not legally liable for delays, damages, or lost items caused by the United States Postal Service.
4. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM By opting into our email list or checking the marketing box at checkout, you consent to receive periodic marketing and educational emails. You may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. We are not responsible for third-party email providers filtering our emails into your spam folder.
5. User Conduct & Comment Policy We reserve the right to remove any comments that are defamatory, abusive, or constitute “medical spam.” You are prohibited from using this site to harvest email addresses or distribute unauthorized solicitations.
6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure Under no circumstances shall Think Like Christ Mental Health be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site downtime, server errors, or “Acts of God” (Force Majeure) that result in a loss of data, access, or product delivery.
7. Mandatory Arbitration & Governing Law Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. All disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration. You waive your right to a class-action lawsuit or a jury trial, and agree that all legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in Oklahoma County, OK.
8. Severability If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
