Is the Mail Club a substitute for therapy or professional counseling?
No. The Think Like Christ Christian Mental Health Mail Club is designed to provide spiritual encouragement, psychoeducation, and faith-based tools to help you renew your mind. It is for educational and spiritual purposes only and is not a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult a licensed professional or go to your nearest emergency room.
Do you offer technical support?
We ensure our products are easy to use and come with pdf guides. While we cannot provide personalized tech support or do the work for you, if you experience a technical glitch with the file itself, please reach out to support@thinklikechristcounseling.com
How does the monthly subscription billing work?
When you join the Mail Club, you are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription. Your credit card will automatically be billed $12.00 on the 5th of every month. This gives us just enough time to carefully prepare your envelope before our monthly shipping day!
What if I didn't get my order?
For our snail mail club: Please reach out via email if you have not received your snail mail club order (support@thinklikechristcounseling.com) . Please be reminded that the snail mail is shipping on the 15th of every month and can take up to 15-30 days to receive due to using postage stamp mail.
For Digital Downloads: First, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as emails sometimes get filtered there. If you still can't find it, please ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout. If you need us to resend the link or update your email, contact us at support@thinklikechristcounseling.com with your name and order number.
When will I get my order?
Digital Downloads drive instantly via email.
All monthly mailers for snail mail club are shipped out together on the 15th of every month. If you subscribe for the first time after our monthly cutoff date (the 10th), your first mailer will automatically be scheduled for the following month's shipment so you never miss a beautifully prepared envelope.
Will I get a tracking number for my mailer?
To keep this subscription as affordable as possible for our community, all mailers are sent as beautiful, flat envelopes via standard USPS First-Class letter mail (using a regular postage stamp). Because of this, no tracking numbers are provided.
How long does shipping take?
Once dropped in the mail on the 15th, standard letter mail typically takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive in your mailbox. Because the postal service can occasionally experience delays, please allow up to 14 days for your mailer to arrive. If it has been more than 14 days since the 15th and your envelope hasn't arrived, please reach out to us!
How do I cancel my subscription?
We would love for you to stay, but you can absolutely cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason! You can cancel by logging into your customer account on our website or by emailing us directly. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, please make sure you cancel before your billing date on the 5th.
What is your refund policy?
For our Snail Mail Club: Because you can cancel your subscription at any time, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been billed and processed. If you forget to cancel before the 5th, that month's mailer will still be shipped to you, and your cancellation will go into effect for the following month.
For All Other Purchases:
